The Coster d'en Sala winemaking restoration project, located in the Lluca district of Xàbia, has been awarded the Wildlife Estates (WE) environmental label - a European recognition for rural estates committed to biodiversity and landscape conservation.

A Commitment to Conservation
This distinction, promoted by the European Landowners’ Organization (ELO), certifies Coster d’en Sala’s strong environmental commitment. The estate has developed and implemented a comprehensive conservation plan, focusing on:

• Bird habitat improvement
• Pollinator promotion
• Restoration of the traditional Mediterranean landscape

Key actions include the rebuilding of dry stone walls and the preservation of cultural heritage features such as the riurau - a traditional structure historically used for drying raisins.

In addition to its ecological efforts, Coster d'en Sala has launched its first wines:

• Terra XabeaE Blanco
• Terra XabeaE Tinto

​Both are produced from grapes grown using environmentally friendly practices and are now available in restaurants and specialty shops in Xàbia, supporting local and sustainable production.
